HOW TO ENTER:
- Visit Absolutely Dental for your check up and clean appointment or for a paid consultation/exam.
- Receive 1 entry every time you refer clients to our spa and dental practice. The more you refer, the more entries you have!
- New paying patients will receive 1 entry for both the spa and dental practice.
- Any CDBS patients are also eligible (the entry will be awarded in the parent's name).
- Book a spa appointment (note: a maximum of 1 entry per client will be allowed for the competition period).
